Short version: the only thing this website collects is what you type into the application form, and it goes to Anna Marie and nobody else.

Who this is
This site belongs to AM Strength, the strength coaching business of Anna Marie Oakes-Joudy in Kalispell, Montana. Questions about anything on this page go to coachAM@amstrength.com.
What is collected
When you send the application form, the site collects your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, whether you want to train in person or online, what brings you here, and anything you write in the message box.
Nothing else is collected. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no newsletter signup, and no cookie set by this site.
Health information
The message box asks about your training and any injuries, because that helps Anna Marie know where you are starting from. Share only what you are comfortable sharing. It is read by Anna Marie alone and used only to talk with you about coaching.
Why it is collected and what happens to it
It is used to answer your message and, if you start training, to coach you. It is not sold, rented, traded, or shared with anyone who is not helping run the business.
Who else touches it
Two services are involved: Netlify, which hosts this site and receives form submissions, and Google, which delivers the email Anna Marie reads it in. Each keeps data under its own privacy terms.
Your choices
You can ask to see what was collected about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing coachAM@amstrength.com.
Children and teens
This site is not directed at children. Coaching for anyone under 18 is arranged with a parent or guardian.
Changes
If what this site does changes, this page is updated the same day, and the date at the top changes with it.
